End of wk 1 in sch! So far so gd (means jus ok only lar), bought 3 of my txtbks instead of the usual thing i did last 2 sems (very siong wk, hahaha). The other 2, luckily, managed to secure them from my frens who've taken those mods. I decided to work harder in another way this sem, hopefully it works better eh, tsktsk. Will be reading the lect notes b4 lect, and following up wif the txtbk after the lect. LSM will be special since I've no bio backgrd, so hafta read the txtbk slightly b4 lect as well. No tuts in wk 1 so I've had sufficient time to do the readings. Not sure how time will be squeezed out when the tuts and labs kick in, hahaha.
Thermodynamics is a nightmare being re-lived as I did very badly for my CM1502 last sem. =( Fluid Mech is kinda out-of-reach at the moment, LSM is interesting to read since I always regretted a little not taking bio at all in the past. Dynamics of Interpersonal Effectiveness has very boring lectures, and well, organic chem, see how it goes, hahaha.
Last nite was freaking frustrating seeing Newcastle take on Aston Villa at St. James's Park. Aston Villa were very hardworking, chasing down every ball, giving the Newcastle players little time on the ball. It was hard to break them down, and the match ended in a 0-0 bore draw. (ahhhh) Hopefully today's matchup, Liverpool against Chelsea will be a thrilling encounter.(probably a draw though, zzz)
