along came the midterm break...
Yup, already 1/2 way through my first sem in uni before I even knew it. It's not gonna be an enjoyable 1wk break since it's my midterm tests immediately when sch reopens. Still a pangster, duno how long tt'll go on since I hear that the pace is gonna get faster aft midterm...
Recently got a few new movies which I am waiting to watch, aft failing to jio anyone to watch, I watched Devil Wears Prada at home *hint*hint*. Also watched War of the Worlds, highly rated but I din watch it til recently, LOL. Finally found the means of projecting the screen of my lappy on the tele for jus... $11! Now I can watch movies and anime on tele sia, shiok. Much to the happiness of my parents as well, since they know I've got a whole collection of movies but no proper means of sharing it with them. (my parents dun like watching movies on a small pathetic screen XD)
Still trying to get used to uni's style of learning eh, wif not-so-clear lectures, very few-questions but hard-to-do tutorials (NJ bombs us wif loads of questions). It's better to have many questions so we can practise b4 exams lar, so kinda sian abt it, lol. (What to do, member of Muggers' Society mus set example mahz!)
Genes and Soc has been great so far, currently my fav module, hehe. Righting a wrong eh, kinda regret not taking bio last time. But now working on the term paper regarding the ethical issues of biotech =.=
Well, hope I can prepare well for my midterm eh, lol.
