the forgotten

Home for the wkend and actually had to bk in 2nite at 2230hrs for guard duty tml but they told me I wasn't needed at the last minute b4 I booked out last nite(phew~). Went to watch The Forgotten wif my platoon mates Yuan Sheng and Cheng Hon. The show is not excellent but not bad also larz...the story's bt this lady who keeps claiming tt she had a child who died at 9 in an airplane crash jus 14mths back. The movie started wif her seeing a psychiatrist cos she has 'mental problems' and her husband also telling her tt the child is 'her own imagination', tt she had a miscarriage during her pregnancy. It turns out the truth is tt she's the only one who could remember losing her child tt time. The rest of the world has had their memories of tt incident erased(imagine...even the newspaper reports then have also been erased...what could possess such power?). She manages to find another guy who's lost his daughter but forgets abt the incident and helps him recall. Together, they work towards finding their children lorz. While trying to find their children, they were being chased by the NSA(national security agency) and so u can also figure out tt they have something to do wif it. Only until after the midpart of the show, den we know tt they aren't the mastermind behind it but jus assisting. It is something of higher being than humans lorz(sian diao rite...) In the end I find the show quite funny lorz, cos these ppl tt disappear...there was one who was 'taken away' right in front of the protagonist's eyes lorz. You see the person facing the camera talking to the main character then suddenly she gets sucked into the sky far far away den disappear le(lol...reminds me of how Team Rocket always disappear in every episode of Pokemon...exactly the same scene...) Will be catching The Incredibles tml wif Qiu Jie and Jennifer, hopefully it is more up to expectations...haha...
